Trash and recycling bins at a rental see heavy, mixed use, and they sit in the heat between pickups. We clean them on pickup day, so the bins by the door are fresh for the next arrival.

How it works

We clean the bins at each property after the hauler empties them. You do not need to be there, and the guests do not need to do anything.

• Owners with one or two properties can use a residential plan.
• Managers with several properties can ask for a combined quote across all of them.

Tell us the addresses, how many bins each property has, and how often guests turn over. We will suggest a schedule and a price.

Scheduled cleanings may vary due to weather or other things outside our control.
