What we can take off your list

Residents notice the smell of a dirty bin or dumpster long before they notice anything else about a property. We clean them on the schedule you set, so a board member or manager does not have to chase it.

How it is set up

How we price it depends on how your property handles trash, so the first step is a conversation:

• Residents have their own bins. We clean each home’s bins on its pickup day. Pricing is per bin, quoted for the community.
• Shared dumpsters. We clean the dumpsters, and the pads underneath if you want them. See dumpster and pad cleaning.
• A mix of both. Common for condominiums. We quote each part.

Tell us who would pay, the association or each owner, so we can quote it the right way.

What to send us

The name of the community, roughly how many homes or dumpsters, and whether the hauler picks up at each home or at a shared spot. We will come back with a price and a proposed schedule.

Scheduled cleanings may vary due to weather or other things outside our control.
